- Patrycja Klarecka - President of PARP
Patrycja Klarecka is a graduate of the Faculty of Poznań University of Economics and Business in the field of Economic policy and corporate strategy. She has the relevant professional experience in the following sectors: financial, media-related and educational, including 15 years of managerial experience in companies such as: the Warsaw Stock Exchange (2014–2016), Bank Zachodni WBK (2010–2014), Telewizja Polska (2004–2010), PZU (2002–2004). She has successfully carried out complex business and marketing projects, as well as projects in the field of new technologies. Previously she has worked i.a. as a lecturer at the Melchior Wańkowicz Warsaw College of Journalism and as a consultant at the WSB University in Poznań. She was a member of the supervisory boards of: the Warsaw Stock Exchange Foundation and IAB Poland and a member of the management board of the PZU Charity Foundation. She represented TVP within Crossmedia Group of the European Broadcasting Union.
- Nina Dobrzyńska - Deputy President of PARP
Nina Dobrzyńska has several years of professional managerial experience in the public administration sector, acquired i.a. in the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (1998–2012) and the Ministry of the Environment (2012–2015). She has also completed a work placement in the European Commission. In the course of her professional career she participated in the accession negotiations, coordinated the preparation, negotiations and implementation of rural development programmes co-financed from EU funds. She acted as the President of the supervisory board of the Voivodeship Environmental Protection Fund. She is a graduate of the Warsaw University and the Warsaw University of Life Sciences and the University of Brighton (United Kingdom) in the field of the European Union’s economic policy.
- Marcin Szyguła - Deputy President of PARP
Marcin Szyguła is a lawyer, tax adviser, graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Warsaw University. He has worked for many years in financial and consulting institutions i.a. PKO BP, Polbank EFG, Mazars, Idea Bank, the companies belonging to the Warsaw Stock Exchange capital group and public administration bodies. He supervised and participated in the implementation of large business projects in the fields of law, finance and new technologies. He organised training in the field of economic activity development for small and medium-sized enterprises. He participated in the work carried out by the Polish Bank Association as a member of the working party for taxes. As a volunteer he has also acted as a member of the management board of Academia Iuris Foundation which provides free legal advice to people in need of assistance.
