PAED's activities are supervised by the Supervisory Board. The Board consists of representatives of departments that play a key role in economic development: the Ministry of the Economy, Labour and the Ministry of Finance, as well as representatives of entrepreneur organisations (the Confederation of Polish Employers, the Polish Confederation of Private Employers, the Polish Craft Association, the Polish Chamber of Commerce and the National Association of Trade and Services). A representative of regional self-governmental authorities also sits on the Supervisory Board of PAED.
