Polish Agency for Enterprise Development implements two measures within the priority II of the Operational Programme Human Capital (OP HC). Their goal is to improve the competitiveness of enterprises by means of enhancing the investment in the staff of the companies and improving the quality of and access to services supporting the enterprise development. The PAED budget assigned for the operations within the scope of OP HC equals 670 million. The realisation of both the system projects and projects proposed in the contests is expected. The beneficiaries of such system projects will be entrepreneurs and their employees, socio-economic partners, science units, research and development units, technology parks, technology transfer centres, enterprise incubators, training institutes, institutions and centres which support the enterprise, people who want to start their business activities, government and self-government administration and the media.
