Mrs. Bożena Lublińska-Kasprzak
Mrs. Bożena Lublińska-Kasprzak has been nominated the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development in April 2008. Mrs Lublińska-Kasprzak graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin and the postgraduate studies in the scope of the European integration at the University of Warsaw. Mrs. Bożena Lublińska-Kasprzak is preparing the PhD thesis in the Faculty of Finance at the Cracow University of Economics. She completed scientific and professional training at the University of Minnesota, USA, Scottish Agricultural College in Great Britain, University College Cork in Ireland as well as in the Audit Department of the Common Agricultural Policy in the Directorate General for Agriculture of the European Commission. She was an expert in the Parliamentary Group for the EU Funds Absorption and the international consulting projects. She owns the Prince 2 project management certificate. Bożena Lublińska-Kasprzak is the author of various publications in the scope of agriculture, development of rural areas and application of the EU funds. Since 2001 she worked in the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture. Her last position in that organisation was the Deputy President. Among other things she was engaged in preparations for the SAPARD accreditation, managing of the Phare projects, cooperation with the EU institutions and the domestic entities engaged in the process of European integration. She supervised the execution of the post-accession EU Programmes and the national support programmes. From 1999 to 2001 she participated in the preparation of the SAPARD programme in the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. In the years 1995-1996 she was employed as an advisor in Ernst & Young. From 1997 to 1998 she worked in the American agriculture supporting programmes. In the years 1992-1995 Bożena Lublińska-Kasprzak was employed in the Institute for Agriculture Economy and Agribusiness at the University of Agriculture in Lublin as a research and teachity assistant.
