Mrs. Agnieszka Rybińska graduated from the Economics Department at Warsaw University of Warsaw and the College of Europe in Natolin. From December 2005 she acted as the Deputy CEO of the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development, responsible i.a. for human resources development programmes. In the years 1995-1998 employed in the Centre for Europe at Warsaw University. In 1999 she began the cooperation with the Polish Foundation for Promotion and Development of Small and Medium size Enterprises. In the years 2001-2002 she held the position of the Director of the Planning and Monitoring Team, Strategy Unit and Programmes Coordination Implementation Unit in the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development.
