Project description

Meblosiek produces upholstered and case furniture. The main objective of the project is to change the furniture construction and to implement two original innovative technologies for drilling and joining elements. As a result, we will offer two product ranges to the market: an improved furniture series based on a new asymmetrical connection type and a furniture series with a bevel using an asymmetrical drilling system and a vertical partition connection at an angle of 75°. The project covers the construction of a high-storage warehouse for finished products, the purchase of technical infrastructure in the form of an angular panel cutting centre (angular sawing machine with an attachment for angular cutting) and a photovoltaic installation, as well as development works to produce prototypes of the new products and to test them for stability and durability. The project will result in diversification and optimisation of production, including an increase in production energy efficiency by approximately 36% due to the parameters of the new generation saws, a reduction in waste by 220 tons (50%) and a reduction in CO2 emissions to the environment by 146,93 tons per year.
