SME definition

From 1 July 2014 a new European Commission Regulation applies, defining i.a. small and medium-sized enterprises. Commission Regulation (EU) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty is available on the Commission’s website.

The Polish Agency for Enterprise Development would like to inform you that an official corrigendum of the wording of Article 3(2)(a) of Annex I to Commission Regulation (EU) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty was published in the Official Journal of the European Union L 329 of 15 December 2015.
