Climate first. Environmental Awareness and Green Cities - seminar and Polish-Norwegian business mixer during the Green Power fair in Poznań

The Polish Agency for Enterprise Development and Innovation Norway invite you to participate in the event "Climate first. Environmental Awareness and Green Cities", which will take place on 24th April 2024 during the Green Power International Renewable Energy Fair in Poznań. The event is organized in cooperation with Innovation Norway - our Norwegian partner responsible for promoting Norwegian economy - and will consist of two parts:

  • a seminar session;
  • business mixer meetings.

Seminar

The main topic of the seminar will be sustainable development of companies and cities. Participants will have the opportunity to learn about ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) i.e., sustainability reporting requirements for companies, as well as the rules of health and safety at work in Poland and Norway, including management and control processes to be implemented.

In the context of urban development, we will talk about the Green City idea, which is aimed at transforming the urban space into a more sustainable one - using green areas. With the examples of Gdansk, Oslo and Stavanger, participants will learn, among other things, how to create climate-friendly cities, reduce pollution, design and revitalize space while taking into account the green and ecological solutions. What is the idea of a sustainable city? You will also find that out during this seminar.

Simultaneous Polish-English translation is provided during the seminar session.

Business mixer

Participation in the business mixer meetings is a perfect opportunity to directly establish business relations between Polish and Norwegian entities - companies, startups and business environment institutions that seek or offer innovative solutions and processes related to green technologies.

English will be the official language of meetings during the business mixer.

How to participate?

Participation in the event is free of charge.

All interested applicants are asked to fill out the registration form by 22nd April 2024, 12:00 AM. The registration is available in English.
