Purchase of innovative equipment in the field of underwater works as well as hydrographic research and works

Project description

The implementation of the project allowed for the introduction of improved services in the field of water works, the execution of bathymetric measurements and hydrographic works. Innovative solutions were applied in the project, allowing for the shortening of the time of performing services, new devices also contributing to the improvement of research of the natural environment, and the use of electric motors limited noise and impact on the environment.

The beneficiary achieved the project's goal by introducing two improved services (bathymetric and hydrographic services) and three innovative technologies onto the market. This was accomplished by purchasing innovative devices and equipment and software to operate them (the purchase of a multibeam echo sounder with a svp profiler, an autonomous vehicle with software, and a side-scan sonar).
