Project description

The project responds to the ageing society trends where increasing numbers of seniors require assistance and support. Statistical data shows that the number of persons incapable of independent living and in need of community care in Poland is approximately 2 million and rising. Therefore, professional senior care is gaining importance, especially in the case of seniors who require specialized care due to health problems such as advanced cancer, mental illness or advanced Alzheimer’s disease. Our company will provide comprehensive care services for the elderly, including those with disabilities, in the Familia Vita 24-hour care home, based on our original “5Care” senior care system. It will comprise medical, therapeutic and rehabilitation consultations and a selection of specialized care tools. We plan to create a comfortable environment for the elderly to live in, providing continuous therapy and care carried out by multidisciplinary teams of caregivers, therapists and physicians. We will provide support in every area of life to help seniors remain independent for as long as possible. To this end, a telemedicine platform will be developed to integrate the senior care system and to provide comprehensive care management in nursing homes along with an appropriate and “tailor-made” care toolkit. We are also planning adaptation and fit-out of the building intended for the Familia Vita 24-hour care home in Krośnice. Specially designed Senior Smart Rooms will in the facility, apart from offering standard solutions for the elderly, will support independence of the seniors through a functional system of amenities. The project implementation will result in the employment of 34 people.
