Project description

We specialise in manufacturing machines for the woodworking industry. The processes implemented as part of the project will allow us to carry out many new operations and thus produce machines that we have not been able to manufacture before due to technological shortages. We have not been able to implement many of the innovative solutions that have been developed within our design team without a high-precision cutter, or the right size of a bending machine to bend elements of a specific length. The project will eliminate these problems and increase the production capacity of our plant. The innovative technological process of cutting and bending of elements constituting individual subassemblies of the manufactured machines will use the following elements: fibre laser, automatic sheet metal rack, bending brake, threading machine and by-product container. Thanks to the cooperation with a scientific unit, new technical solutions will be implemented in the machines, one of which will be submitted for patent. The project is also about minimising the negative impact of production processes on the environment. We will achieve significant electricity savings by using a fibre laser in place of the very energy-intensive plasma cutter, and the installation of PV panels will reduce the use of conventional energy by nearly 50,000 kWh per year. The purchase of a heat pump will result in significant savings in fuel (eco-pea coal) and thus lower CO2 emissions into the atmosphere by 92.82 tons per year, and finally the adaptation of the hall to the new technological process with simultaneous thermal modernisation will also reduce thermal energy consumption.
