SECTORAL SKILLS COUNCILS

SECTORAL SKILLS COUNCILS

The Sectoral Skills Councils allows entrepreneurs to influence the education services of schools, universities and training institutions. Entrepreneurs know what qualifications and skills are needed in their industries and the Sectoral Councils enable them to share this knowledge. As a result, education and economy learn about their mutual needs, and the skills acquired at schools, universities, and training courses are more likely to respond to the real needs of employers.

PARP ACADEMY

For years, PARP has been running a public education portal, providing free online courses through the PARP Academy. The primary objective is to widely disseminate comprehensive business knowledge via e-learning platforms to entrepreneurs, prospective business owners, and individuals seeking to expand their expertise in business-related domains. These self-paced courses cover a spectrum of topics including finance, administration, marketing, social media, interpersonal skills, and entrepreneurship fundamentals such as how to set up a business, allowing learners to access them at their convenience.

PROJECTS UNDER THE EUROPEAN FUNDS FOR SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

Under the EFSD 2021-2027 program, we are implementing projects related to the development of human resources for the modern economy and the monitoring and identification of competence needs in the labour market.  Through this initiative, companies and employees from across Poland can access training and consulting support to tackle challenges stemming from labor market shifts, demographic changes, the transition to a low/zero carbon or circular economy (green competencies), compliance with the European Accessibility Act (EAA), and adjusting businesses to changes and overcome obstacles. The program is aimed at companies and employees from all over Poland.
