Polish and Norwegian entrepreneurs from the field of green building establish business relations at Bygg Reis Deg 2023

On 19^th October, during this year's edition of Bygg Reis Deg, Scandinavia's largest construction fair in Lillestrom, Norway, the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development, together with Innovation Norway, organised a seminar and business meetings titled 'Sustainable construction in times of climate and social challenges'. The aim of the event was to enable participants from Poland and Norway to learn more about innovations and solutions from world leaders in sustainable net-zero value construction and eco-design.

The seminar and business mixer aimed at Polish and Norwegian entrepreneurs was attended by 51 people representing 23 companies from Poland and 18 entities from Norway.

- The business mixer was an excellent opportunity to exchange the knowledge, learn about current trends as well as establish Polish-Norwegian partnerships and create new business opportunities - says Artur Janusz from the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development.

The seminar section on the other hand, covered topics such as:

• the circular economy in the construction sector;
• the green technologies - an opportunity for the construction industry;
• the impact of ESG standards on changes to trade regulations between Poland and Norway.

Bygg Reis Deg is one of the most important trade fairs for the construction industry. Each year it brings together 500 exhibitors from all over the world and more than 40,000 visitors.
